Trainings in the field of business intercultural competences

Which trainer / consultant should you choose?

  • Many companies and trainers offer training in intercultural competences, as these competences determine the success of an organization in which managers manage multicultural teams or conduct business relations with companies from different business cultures.
  • What is most important when choosing a trainer or consultant in the field of intercultural competences is his competence profile – having both personal experience in working in organizations with different national / business cultures in a managerial position and systemic knowledge of business culture models, i.e. differences and similarities between cultures and most of all about ways to take into account these cultural differences in management.
  • A trainer / consultant of intercultural business competences should have knowledge and experience in working in organizations with different business cultures and have a solid management education and knowledge of organizational behaviour – its processes, procedures and organizational climate.
