Who I am and what I am offering?

Hello,
Welcome to my website, I hope you will spend a pleasant and insightful time with me.

My name is Wioletta Małota, I am a trainer and consultant of intercultural competences working for global organizations, supporting them in effective management in a multicultural environment.

I am an expert in the field of management in a multicultural environment, global marketing, intercultural negotiations, country and city branding, and in this area I offer cooperation in the form of workshops and consultancy.

My passion is traveling during which I like to immerse myself in the culture and society of the visited country. I have made numerous trips to most European countries, USA, Mexico, Australia and Asian countries: China, Hong Kong, South Korea, India, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, and Israel, UAE and Kenya.

I share my observations about cultural behaviour as well as analyses explaining the differences and similarities in cultural behaviour (based on scientific knowledge and research) in my posts, training sessions and in scientific articles.

The book “South Korea Economy Society K-Culture”, published in Difin in 2019, expresses my passion for this society and culture. Another book on Italian culture and society is in preparation.

I share my knowledge at international conferences on cultural differences in business behaviour. I was a speaker at, among others at conferences in Adelaide, Australia, Mumbai, India, Venice, Italy and Kiev, Ukraine.

I conduct classes for students on differences in business cultures in management, negotiations and marketing at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw and at MBA studies at WSH in Wrocław.

As a Visiting Professor, I conducted classes for Sogang University in Seoul (South Korea), for Sapienza University in Rome and Università Cattolica (Milano) (Italy) and for Beijing International Studies University in Beijing (China).

I am passionate about modern architecture and design, I am a cinema lover (I prefer social cinema). I am an observer of societies and I like to tell a story about a given culture through photos (I call them a visual cultural story) – see the photo stories.
